From the beginning
Launched in 2013, AIK Energy is a European leader in the energy sector. Initially founded to trade petroleum products, crude oil and condensate, AIK Energy has grown into one of the most respected names in the industry, with trusted expertise and a prolific presence across Europe’s major gas and energy markets. Operating across Central and Eastern Europe, we serve a wide range of clients across the continent.

For much of the last seven years, AIK Energy has invested heavily to develop and consolidate our position on the European stage. In 2019, we surpassed our own ambitious growth targets, trading 12,500,000 MWh of energy and achieving a record annual turnover of £550,000,000.
Gas
Our focus saw us named as the second largest wholesale gas market supplier in Romania in the first quarter of 2019. That same year, AIK Energy was officially recognised by the Romanian Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE) as the country’s largest importer of natural gas.
Electricity
AIK Energy has entered into the electricity supply market, where we continue to grow in a sustained and sustainable manner. We are committed to supplying clean and sustainable energy for all areas of the United Kingdom.
